Release Highlights 

General 

In release 2019.30 we used resources to work on facilitating the product for two main product enhancements; the Roster Planning and electronic signing of documents.

The roster planning module enabling team leaders onboard to schedule and plan working hours with direct feedback on MLC Work and Rest violation.   This module is made available just for a selected group of end-users, as the functionality is not 100% compatible with existing time and attendance workflows. 

The electronic signing of documents, the portal now contains the functionality receive, PDF  documents for electronic signing.  This means that once the Adonis Personnel Manager (APM) version 2019.50 it will be possible to send documents that need to be signed by employees or crew members to Adonis Employee Portal for electronic signing.    

In the resolved issue lists you find the additional issues that are fixed and accessible in release 2019.40.

Travel Expenses 

From release 2019.30 it is possible to fetch currency rates from the exchange rate table as defined in the Adonis Personnel Manager. (General Codes > Currency > Currency Rate). If this option is switch on the manual input of exchange rates is disabled.

Multiple Coordinators 

In the COA it is now possible to implement multiple coordinators, that offers the same functionality as adding multiple approvers. Meaning it is possible to link one or more vessels to one coordinator, travel expense sheets assigned to that vessel will be sent to the correct coordinator. 


Database 

We successfully Improved the performance of those routines handling of huge data sets.  Routines related to import and processing of Travel Expense sheets and Time and Attendance Records.
