Go to the Home > General Codes
Then open Adonis Query > Selection Fields.
Press the “New” button in the ribbon menu.
The same is available from the quick access menu.
Define all the needed information for the field to be used in the Adonis Query and link it to the corresponding field in APM.
General settings:
Code - is a unique identifier of this general code in the system. It should be numeric.
Text - the name of the general code.
Alternative - second name of this general code record (e.g. in another language).
Sort - the order number of this code.
Is Passive - allows to de-activate this code if it is no longer in use.
Options tab:
FieldNo - link to the existing personal field within APM.
Column Header - the name of the selected field that will be reflected in the dialogue window of the Adonis Query. Is based on the FieldNo and can not be modified.
Data Type - specifies the data type of the selected field. Is based on the FieldNo and can not be modified.Click “OK“ to save the “Selection field” code.
Run the Adonis Query and you will see this field available under the Fields section.
