Description
This APM plugin an interface to send the Roster Hours information from APP and export these to MAPS using a CSV file. This plug-in displays the timesheets and gives the end-user the possibility to export them to a CSV file.
Functionality
How to process the Roster timesheets to MAPS?
1 Select Vessel
2 Define Date from and Date to, crew list with roster hours equals ane between these dates will be produced.
Above is a report produced from the defined vessel and Date From and Date To.
3. To display the dates covered in the timesheet simply collapse the row by clicking the arrow.
4. And to view the time cards under a date, simply collapse the row by clicking the arrow.
5. Select a person to process.
6. Click on Process Timesheets
The above image displays a progress bar where there were 5 timesheet(s) processing. And there was also 5 timesheet(s) successfully exported to .CSV.
7) Above is a sample exported .CSV file.
