This course suits participant who is new to the Adonis Personnel Manager and needs to learn how to perform basic payroll functions.

Objectives

• Understand the different tabs and functions available in Payroll on a person

• Understand how some entry codes are auto-generated from the data group Activities

• Understand the different columns and fields displayed in the Entries screen

• Know how to add Payment details

• Know how to add Tax information

• Know how to add Personal Rates

• Know how to link a person and the activities to a pay scale

• Know how to set up a person for email/portal distribution of payslips

• Know how to add different payment details to specific entry codes

• Understand how some entry codes are auto-generated from the data group Activities

• Know how to add/delete entry codes in the Entries screen

• Understand the different columns and fields displayed in the Entries screen

• Know how to filter in the Entries screen

• Know how to calculate an individual person

• Know how to mass calculate persons

• Understand the different tabs and functions available in payroll

• Know where to locate and how to print the basic payroll reportsKnow how to use Batch Entry for registering manual entries

• Know how to print Selected Entries List

• Know how to print Payment List

• Know how to print/send payslips on email or distribute to the employee portal

• Know how to Close the month
