This course suits participant who is new to the Adonis Personnel Manager and needs to learn how to perform basic functions in the Rotation module

Objectives

• Get a basic understanding of what the Rotation and Crew Change module is used for

• Understand how different plans for one vessel can be built up

• Understand how activities for a person is created from the Rotation module

• Know how the Rotation module and Crew Change module works together

• Know how to do a basic search for and assign a crew in the Rotation module

• Know how to search for a person based on the position requirements

• Know how to change the sign-on/off date for one or multiple crew

• Know how to perform a position change

• Know how to create a travel activity from the Rotation module

• Know how to read the different flags and tabs in the Rotation module

• Know how to activate check on requirements

• Know how to expand a plan

• Know how to add a position

• Know how to personalize settings to get the best use out of the module
