• know how to utilize commands for sorting, filtering, grouping

• Know how to extract/copy data from APM into excel

• Know how to use the different search options

• Know how to use the quick access toolbar

• Know how to change your password

• Know how to add user info and signature for oneself

• Understand the concept of Crew List Views

• Know how to save crew list view layouts

• Understand the Open Client functionality

• Know how to customize by changing color schemes, background and fonts

• Know how to use the Dock functionality
