Improved performance for the Travel Expense module

Optimized performance on processing and loading Travel Expense documents.

The API method TE_CoWorkersTimesheet extended with ‘States’ and ‘Year’ properties to increase performance.

Created script to re-create a GUID for the Electronic Signing document where GUID=NULL

Added memory clean procedure after each ESign document was created.

The API calls related to Personal Details are copied to Adonis Integration Web Service.

Modified CBA calculation in the Monthly Timesheet report If the timesheets(s) cover all periods without gaps.

Modified CBA calculation for Monthly Timesheet report. The Leave activity is excluded from the calculation of CBA.

Applied fix for CBA calculation in the Overtime report, in a case when Leave activity is in the middle of two Onboard activities.

Fixed issue loading the enclosed documents if 'IncludeGroup' is empty in General Codes.

Fixed the issue when pending for signing timesheets were not visible for some of the crew members after they were approved for signing by the approver

Implemented modifications in Roster Planning to not show violations on the Sign On date

Performance improvements for WorkAndRest report.

Implemented modifications to Master Cash Account. The Ship Check transaction, with IsDebit and IsCredit option, will be exported with any amount, no check for the remaining balance.

Fixed the issue when the currency changed to default after the travel expense record was updated.

Update database structure for the Master Cash Account module.
MCA Settings: a new option that sets Ship Check option On when transaction type is selected. Can be set only for transactions that are IsDebit and IsCredit same time.
MCA Transactions can be Ship Check when IsDebit and IsCredit are set. When Ship Check type is used, but not enabled as check, the Debit account will be used.

Fixed access right for My Documents entry fields.

Modified access rights fr My Profile. The system will hide filed labels with disabled access.

Time and Attendance module layout fixes

New properties are added to the TAA_ApprovedTimesheets method:

Implemented modifications to a web service. After a crew member swipes in the time clock: 'Sign On', 'Sign Off', 'Undo Sign On', 'Undo Sign Off', the Leave days and Leave factors will be recalculated for every activity affected.

Applied fix for 'Next' and 'Back' navigation buttons in Travel Expense document.

My Profile UI enhancements. The tiles will display centre-aligned with different screen scale setups.

Installation set enhancements. Implemented new function GetWebSitePath for APP installation set. Modified NSIS Plugin.

Modified behavior of the menu for My Profile. The menu is closed by default.

Implemented separate access rights for document view and attachment. It is possible to set Read access for a record, but Grant access to a scan/attachment.

Implemented the possibility to set read access to some fields at Next of Kin, Travel, and Certificates pages.

Implemented the possibility to revert changes in case of any error during Safety Plan duplication.

Modified report page layout to display reports full size.

Fixed issue with displaying mandatory fields for Travel documents.

Fixed issue with truncated content for Time and Attendance Messages page.

Prevented empty context menu opening for telecommunication details in My Profile.

Implemented access rights for Profile Picture.
