Cause

After a payroll calculation, the system can give a message that payroll calculation is incomplete and offers to check a log file. To be able to see the log, user needs to take the following steps.

Warning

The log file is written for each user account, so another user can't check the logs for the user that received the message.
The log file is cleared during log out, therefore, if the system tells you to check the log file, please check it before you've ended the current session


Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to User Profile > User Options

  2. Enable Debug mode

  3. The log file icon appears next to the user account name and you can check the message in the log file towards the calculation time.
