Description

The Organization structure refers to the units that a user can open, and that will decide which employees that will appear in the different Crew List Views. 

The organization structure consists of 5 levels :

• Concern

• Company

• Vessel

• Department

• Position

The organization units are identified with a unique number, Internal Org Id, (NUMORGID) which is assigned by the program when a new unit is created. By using this number

losing the integrity of the database. The Internal Org Id is also used to select crew by their connection to various units throughout the program and in reports.

Set up of Organization structure

Below is a sample of a common setup for the Companies. For each level, you can set access rights in the Adonis Control Centre. 

A user that has access to Level 1 will be able to see all employees connected to: 

• Level 1

• Level 2

• Level 3

A user with access to Level 2 will be able to see all employees connected to:

• Level 2 

• Level 3

A user with access to Level 3 will be able to see all employees connected to:

• Level 3
