Define the date range to be covered. On the toolbar, pick the Date From and Date To dates. This shows a list of seafarers:
In the list, select the records to be exported and click Send To Trafi. In the Confirm dialog, click Yes to proceed to data export:
You can see the data export in progress. When completed, click Close to exit the dialog.
Switch to the Sdir’s Seafeares tab on the workspace and click the Load Sdir button on the toolbar. On clicking, you will see the seaservice activities being loaded:

Assigned UUID means that the transaction has already been transferred to SDIR. |
When completed, click Close to exit the dialog.
As a result, you can see the records are exported to Sdir:Trafi.

Click the New button in the Actions group of the Manage ribbon tab. The General Code Editor (Ranks) dialog appears:
Create a new rank record by filling in the fields below:
Enter a Code (mandatory field), a unique alpha-numeric APM code.
In the Text field, indicate the name of an interface and its alternative name, if needed, in the Alternative field.
In the Sort field, define the order number of a record (where 0 means the first record in the list)
Switch to the XREF tab and click the Append button. Clicking the command enables the fields to be filled outin:
Interface. Select NMA Trafi from the drop-down list. If the Trafi selection is unavailable, you need to define the NMA Trafi interface by following the instructions in NMA in Traficom Code Setup.
Xref Code. Enter a cross-reference provided by Trafi for this particular record.
Comment. Enter a rank name provided by Trafi.
When completed, click OK to confirm the changes.
