This course suits participant who will be administrators of the Rotation & Crew Change module setup.

Objectives

• Get a basic understanding of what the Rotation and Crew Change module is used for

• Understand the correlation between Rotation, Crew Change, and Activities

• Know Global options settings that can impact the Rotation and Crew Change modules

• Know Organization settings that can impact the Rotation and Crew Change modules

• Know how to use the “Import Itinerary” functionality

• Know how to add Ports

• Know how to add requirements to a Port

• Know how to move a Crew Change

• Know how to add a new Crew Change record

• Know how to add and user use Rotation Codes and Views in General Codes

• Know how to extend a Rotation Plan

• Know how to add/delete positions

• Know how to add Rotation Shifts

• Know how to create a new Rotation plan

• Know how to use Vessel Projects

Prerequisites

We recommend undergoing the Basic Introduction and Training courses, however, this is not a requirement.
