You can easily export all the Entry Codes from one system and import to the other by using Adonis Personnel Manager utilities.

Make sure that you have selected the correct Oganization unit as current client before you export the Entry Codes. For example, you have Company A using one list of Entry Codes (Entry Code Table 0), and Company B should be using another list of Entry Codes (Entry Code Table 1). When you export Entry Codes for the Company B, it has to be selected as current client, otherwise the list of Entry Codes for Company A will be exported. |
Go under Setup > Tables > Export > Entry Code, select a place on your PC and save the file.
