Payscale code is overwritten when there are changes in Crew change module (confirmation of On/ Off-signers)

Implemented functionality for updating the rank code of crew change SignOn/SignOff record after changing the rank of corresponding sea service activity from Activity datagroup.

Added the possibility for disabling of payscale code field in CrewChange if the option "Fetch payscale by position/rank" is enabled on the payscale table levelFixed the problem that the activity data group and crew change module are linked to different ranks. If the user overwrites the rank in the activity, this rank is added to the crew change module as well. This caused problems in configurations where the rank is used to determine the payscale code.

Removed the possibility of overwriting the crew's payscale code change if the rank or position determines the payscale code.
