Introduction

It may happen that the ticket for the crew was issued with the wrong name because the manning agents or the HR team made a mistake while adding the crew member record in Adonis.

In this article, we will discuss how to fix this problem correctly.

Problem

Wrong The wrong crew member’s name was on the issued flight ticket.

Solution

  1. Select the booking request in Adonis and click Cancel. The Refund request will be sent to Crewlink.
    You can do it from any place: Crew Change, Flight Inbox modules, or Flight Details datagroup.

  2. Fix the name of the crew member in the Personal Details datagroup.

  3. Create a new booking request in the Crew Change module with the correct crew member name.
