Introduction
How to set up the Mobile App to access your portals
Once you receive the CompanyID and password from Adonis, log in to the Administrator portal.
Goto Configurations > General Settings > License Server.
Enter the CompanyID and Password and hit save.
You are now ready to add the URLs of your company's employee- and vessel portals. To do so, go to Configuration > License Server.
Press' + New URL' to add the Employee Portal and Vessel URLs.
To identify the Adonis Employee Portal, switch on the check box Office.
To edit an existing URL, select the edit icon.
Invite Employees to use the Adonis Mobile App
You are ready to invite your employees to the Adonis Mobile app. Besides the standard first-time login details, like email, birthdate, and pin, they will need the company ID to initiate the mobile app to communicate with the license server to retrieve the company and vessel URLs.

Do not distribute the password; the employees only need the company ID. |
You can use the welcoming notification to do this.
How to install the app
Open Google Play and App Store.
Find the app called Adonis HR and install it.
