• Understand the Open Client functionality

• Know how to add payment details for a person

• Know how to assign a person to a pay scale

• Know how to add Personal Rates

• Know how to add or update Travel, Medical, or Competence Documents

• Know how to add or update Family/Next of Kin information

• Know how to add or update a scan to a Travel, Medical, or Competence Document

• Know how to use the Basket functionality to create a new Travel, Medical, or Competence Document record or how to add a scan to an existing record

• Know how to attach a scan without a record
