There are several levels for the reset.

This article explains how to reset the account settings to default whenever you are facing issues with data displayed in the user interface.

Introduction

There are several places in APM where we can reset user settings and layout to default.

It might be required when there is a glitch in the application and the view is distorted.

Let’s discuss each setting in detail.

Crew List Module > Layout tab > Reset

This option only affects the Crew List layout.

Note

If you use this option is used you will loose all your individual settings for filtering, grouping, sorting, column width etc.

View tab > Reset Toolbars

This option resets the toolbars under any modules/ datagroups.

User Profile > Reset Account to default

This option resets all the user settings and layouts in the system to default.
