Introduction

Adonis is moving over to Jira! We have been using Jira for development successfully for quite a while, and are now are ready to move with the other areas.

For you as a customer and end-user, it will mean first of all the possibility to view your requests request statuses online without the need to contact the Adonis Service desk.

Go to the Adonis Customer Portal

It can be accessed from the Adonis web site website www.adonishr.com or from the Adonis applications Help menus (in the newest versions)if you are on the latest version.

Check out this short 3 minutes video explaining how 1st time ever request can be added. to log in for the first time.

In the video example, the user was prompted with the user manual solving her problem even before she was able to could submit the request , so that the request was not needed after all was not needed.

Small tip

The verification mail might come to your Spam or similar folder in your inbox. Mark it as not Not Spam so that further mails emails from the Adonis Help Desk are received to mail box finein your normal Inbox.
