The report is a fixed layout element designed to suit the pre-defined positioning of the I-95 form of the US Department of Homeland Security. Prints certain personal details of a crew member. Vessel name is shown only if non-planned sea-service activity crossing the current date exists. Default size is 15. 70 cm width x 7.60 cm height

Crew Selection - to be run for certain crew list members only

Layout - allows to customize customizing the positioning of layout elements if certain printer settings differ from those used by default

Address in United States - free input text to appear in the Home Address section (not viewed in the report, in designer mode only)
