This article describes the service and responsibilities for both Adonis and our customers when delivering the product Notification Tasks

The Notification Tasks is used for the automated sending of pre-formatted emails. The emails can be set up to be sent to an employee registered in the database, or to a specific email recipient. The full manual can be found here.

The Notification Tasks are based on SQL statements that are added into the task in Notification Service

Adonis Responsibilities

As part of the delivery of a Notification Tasks, the following tasks are included: 

1. Specification of the Notification task together with the customer

2. Creation of the Notification task SQL Statement

3. Testing of the SQL Statement and Notification task

4. Documentation of how the Notification task and SQL Statement works

5. Documentation of how the Notification task and SQL Statement must be added to the system

Customer Responsibilities

1. Assisting with the specification of the Notification Task

2. Creation and enabling of the Notification Task and setting of the time intervals inside APM

3. Creation of the Email template

4. Final testing of the Notification Task

5. Maintenance of the Notification Task and Email templates
