Step-by-Step Guide
Setup for Net Wages
Select a person in the crew list and open the Payroll > Payment tab (can be reached both from the Personal Details data group and from the Payroll module).

Add Receiver bank
Add payment bank if needed (not needed if option "Select bank account for Netpay based on employee's payment currency" in Organization structure is in use, and not needed for Rabobank balance action).
Define Payment Currency
During a new calculation, EC 994 Net Wages will automatically receive this info for payment into the Ref (Reference) field, you will see a folder sign there, which you can double-click or right-click to open the Payroll Additional Info window and check.
All the details added previously are saved as different payment templates, and you can select from a drop-down menu on the Bank Account field.

Setup for separate entries
For additional bank transfers in the period, add Payroll Additional Info into the Ref field.
The system will suggest 3 options for Receiver details (name, address, etc.).
Personal Details > Payroll - picks up from the employee Personal Details.
Alternative Receiver - picks up from the Payroll > Payment > Alternative Receiver tab (note that when Alternative Receiver is defined on this tab, the Net Wage EC 994 will also pick up the Receiver name and address from this field).
Previous Transaction - picks up the Receiver name and address from the previous transaction of the same EC, even if it is in the payroll history. For example, if the crew has transferred some money before to their family members, the receiver details of a family member is saved on a historical transaction and you can copy it to the current transaction by selecting this option.
On the Payroll Additional Info window, by default, the system picks up the details

Tip: If an employee asks for additional bank transfers monthly, you can make EC 604 a ‘fixed’ entry by adding the current period in format YYYYMM in the entry “From”. The same entry will be automatically created every period until you place the end period in “To” field. |
