• Know how to add or update Travel, Medical, or Competence Documents

• Know how to add or update Family/Next of Kin information

• Know how to add or update a scan to a Travel, Medical, or Competence Document

• Know how to use the Basket functionality to create a new Travel, Medical, or Competence Document record or how to add a scan to an existing record

• Know how to attach a scan without a record

• Know how to add an activity manually

• Know how to use the Common Entry functionality from Crew Lists
