This course suits participant who will be administrators of the system, creating users and setting the correct access.

Objectives

• Understand what the Adonis Control Centre is used for

• Understand the Basic principals principles for Levels, and areas for setting access on the levels and the correlation to the Adonis Personnel Manager menus, fields, and functionalities

• Know how to create a new, edit an existing or copy an existing level

• Know how to create new users on a level

• Know how to define user profiles

• Know how to set up access rights per level

  • Setting Routines Access

  • Setting Access to Reports in Reports Menu

  • Setting Access to the Organization Structure

  • Setting Access to Individual Fields

  • Setting Access On The General Codes Level

  • Setting access to plug-ins

  • Setting access to modify pay scales

• Know how to set up onboard levels and onboard user accounts

• Know how to set up Valid PIN range per site

Prerequisites

We recommend undergoing the Basic Introduction, and Basic Training courses, however, this is not a requirement.
