The report displays flight bookings linked to certain calling ports & related personal info.

Date From - To - to limit calling ports list.
Calling to Port - only bookings linked to selected Crew Change ports to be processed. Only ports where a booking exists are suggested.
Include Sign On / Include Sign Off - to limit bookings for on/

Business Unit - list of values as in General Codes > Vessel > Cost groups. Plain text to be populated in the Business Unit field.
Project Code - list of values as in Setup > Tables > Projects. Plain text to be populated in the Project Code field.
Cost Centre - list of values as in General Codes > Rotation Plan > Rotation Plan Codes. Plain text to be populated in Cost Centre field.
Ledger Code - list of values as in General Codes > Travel > Costs. Plain text to be populated in the Ledger Code field.
Charge - to show Yes/No in the Charge column.
Request Type - only the bookings with the corresponding status will be processed.
