Step-by-step guide

The voyage information is added in the Crew Change under the Voyages tab:

  • Click Modules

  • Go to Crew Change

  • Select Voyages under the views tab Calling Ports

  • After that you can show it by turning on this option in the Rotation Module:

    • Click Option> Rotation Shift Gant

    To display the Voyages information in the Rotation Planning Module:

    1. Open the Rotation Plan.

    2. Go to the Options > Rotation Shift Gant.

    3. In the Data Display tab, go to “Gantt Diagram Area” and tick the box or check the “Display Voyage/ Cruise information” and then Click OK to confirm.

    4. Once done, the voyages will be displayed as illustrated below.
