Description

This course suits participant who is new to the Adonis Personnel Manager and needs to learn how to perform basic shipboard functionalities related to crew changes and customs reporting.

Objectives

• Get a basic understanding of what the Rotation and Crew Change module is used for

• Know how to work with the Overview window in Crew Change and how to read the data

• Understand how the Rotation module is linked to the Crew Change module

• Know how to confirm sign-on/offs

• Know how to confirm position changes

• Know how to add travel activities from the Crew Change module

• Know how to add activities in between the Sailing and next Leave activity

• Know how to perform “emergency” sign-on/offs from the Crew Change module

• Know how to print Custom reports from the Crew Change module

• Know how to export Crew List Views for National Single Window reporting

• Know how to add Crew Effects for a person

• Know how to print a specific scanned document type for all persons onboard

• Know how to move a crew change

• Know how to add a Port

• Know how to print an IMO Crew List, Emergency List, and other relevant reports
