Description

This course suits participant who is to work with the Documents module, merging data from the Adonis system into pre-defined Word documents with bookmarks and distributing to the employees via mail or in the Adonis Employee portal for electronic signing.

Objectives

• Get a basic understanding of what the Documents module is used for

• Understand how bookmarks in the Word document is related to fields in Adonis

• Know how to merge a document for one or more persons

• Understand how documents can be setup with editable fields and how to use them

• Know how to use the different output functions

• Know how to distribute the documents using the different options available
