Description

This APM plugin is sending the planned time blocks from Roster Planning Module in APP and exporting these into a .csv file. This plug-in displays all the timesheets and gives the end-user the possibility to check them before exporting.

Functionality

  1. Select Vessel

2. To display the dates covered in the timesheet simply collapse the row by clicking the arrow. 

3. And to view the time cards under a date, simply collapse the row by clicking the arrow. 


4. Select a person to process. 

5. Click on Process Timesheets



Housekeeping

Location

Tools > Export > MAPS Interface

Settings

  1. Export Folder: Location where to save the exported .CSV file.

  2. AIWS URL: The Web Service URL

  3. The API Password. You can set this up from APP Administrator

  4. Days to process, the plugin will process roster planned time blocks data from tomorrow until ‘15’ days.
