Introduction
Adonis is moving over to Jira! We have been using Jira for development successfully for quite a while, and now are ready to move with the other areas.
For you as a customer and end user, it will mean first of all the possibility to view your requests statuses online without the need to contact Adonis Service desk.
Let’s get it started!
Go to Customer Portal
It can be accessed from the Adonis web site www.adonishr.com or from the Adonis applications Help menus (in the newest versions).
Check out this short 3 minutes video explaining how 1st time ever request can be added. In the video example the user was prompted with the user manual solving her problem even before she was able to submit the request, so that the request was after all was not needed.
Small tip
The verification mail might come to your Spam or similar folder in your inbox. Mark it as not Spam so that further mails from Help Desk are received to mail box fine.
