Use Selected Crew Change - for the report to be run from Crew Change module allowing to process debarking / embarking / onboard crew only
Crew Selection - to be run for certain crew list members only
Layout - allows to customize the positioning of layout elements if certain printer settings differ from those used by default

Address in United States - free input text to appear in Home Address section (not viewed in the report, in designer mode only)
