Release Highlights
Sick Registrations Wizard
Improved the functionality of the wizard. The system considers the historical sick activity as initial and continue with extend processing for current/planned activities even if there are gaps between activities.
Extending Sick Period
Implemented the functionality allowing extend sick periods even if there are gaps between activities.
Extending an existing sick period results in replacing all existing Planned and Current activities to sick activities according to Sick Wizard Setup even if there are gaps between the activities.
Note: The system does not replace Historical activities.
Besides, the Sick Registration Wizard user interface has been improved for better visualization:
Access Control
In ACC, we are focused on adding routines that allows managing access control permissions.
Tools Routines
In Adonis Access Control, implemented the routines for viewing and manipulating access control permissions on wizards.

Rotation Planning
Enhanced the Rotation Planning module with minor improvements for better user experience.
Project Requirements
In the Rotation Planning module, the Project Details tab is extended with the Project Requirements data which displays the number of required and planned crew.

To get started, make sure to define project requirements in the Position Requirements tab:
In the Rotation Planning gantt chart, select the project timeblock and view the project details on the tab:
The Project timeblock details dispaly position requirements for the selected project and provide calculations of deviation, i.e. the difference between the number of positions required for the project and those available in the plan having shift timblocks within the project date range.
Promotion Port
In the Rotation Planning module, improved the logic of assigning calling ports after performing a promotion.
Enhanced the functionality with the following:
Performing promotion without changing the sign-off date results in preserving a sign-off port.
Performing promotion while changing the sign-off date results in displaying the existing calling ports. Select the calling port which a crew member is to be assigned on the sign-off date.
Regions Editor
New Norway Regions codes are being updated as part of the APM installation.
New Norway Regions codes are being updated during APM installation.
Note: Norway Regions codes can be updated after the installation of APM using the ADS script.
Global Options
The Activities view grid is extended with the C230 SignOn Time / C231 SignOff Time fields.
The Default Document type (Enclosed Document code) is defined in Global Options for:
Competence datagroup
Travel datagroup
Medical datagroup
Contracts datagroup
Note: The Default Document Type is moved from the Basket to Enclosed Documents tree view node:
Contracts Datagroup
The Contracts datagroup allows creating and maintaing contracts. To start using it, simply enable the datagroup in Global Options.
Implemented the following enhancements:
Added Register Contracts using Contracts Datagroup option to Global Options:
Implemented the functionality to display the Contracts datagroup on the ribbon when the Register Contracts using Contracts Datagroup option is enabled.
Implemented displaying/hiding the Employment/Contract, Seniority/Payscale, Seniority/Seniority sections available in Personal Details when the Register Contracts using Contracts Datagroup option is disabled/enabled.
