This article describes how to change the National Insurance Contribution % when it changes.
You should only change the rate after you have run the Close Year routine

Once a year, the National Insurance Contribution normally changes. The rate can be found on The Norwegian Tax Administration pages

How to
To update the rate in Adonis Personnel Manager do the following:
Go to Setup | Organization
Select the top company and go to the tab “Rates”
Click Save and Close
