This article explains how to create a new company/organization.
Introduction
Under the Organization Structure, we have an organization tree with companies, vessels, departments, and positions beneath each department.
In this article, we will go through the step-by-step process of creating a new company/organization.

Step-by-Step Guide
Go to Setup > Organization Structure.
Select the unit under which you want to create a new company.
Click Create New > Company.
You can do it either from the ribbon menu.Or by right-clicking on the selected unit.
Fill in all the necessary details and Save the changes.
You can use Split View to see the structure and details at the same time.Your company is ready. It will be located beneath the corresponding unit.
Xref for integrations
If you have an integration with an external system like Otalio, Crewlink, or Fidelio it might be necessary to add the Xref Code.
