Ripple Project Organization
The Ripple Implementation Projects Department sits within the Client Services part of the Ripple organization.
The Project Department consists of three regional project managers, Technical System Specialists, process system Specialists and is led by the Head of Projects.

When initiating new implementation projects, system specialists are picked from a pool of Senior Crewing, Payroll and Technical system Specialists, that also support our Billable Services Team and Service Delivery Team.
Our recommendations for customer resources will be project dependent as the scope often differs. However some resources are generally key to the success of the project. These are:
A Project Manager who can drive the project on the customer side and manage the customer resources.
Core competence resources, such as Crewing Manager or Payroll Manager (if applicable)
We also recommend involving onboard resources from the start of the project.
In addition to the above we strongly recommend that the customer has access to an IT technical resource, even when they are using an Adonis Cloud installtion.
