Resetting a Password (Users)


This article provides a straightforward guide for active Users on how to reset their passwords. Whether you are unable to log in or simply wish to change your password while logged in, the steps outlined here will help you regain access to your account securely.


Resetting a Password - User Cannot Log In

  1. If a User is unable to log in or has forgotten their password, they can do so by clicking on the Forgot Password? button found on the Login page.

 

2. They should then enter the email registered to their account. Once submitted, they will be emailed a password reset link.

If the User does not log in via an email address or still faces any issues, the LMS administrator may need to conduct the reset.

Resetting a Password - User Can Log In

  1. If a User CAN log in and would like to reset their password, they should click on their name (top-right corner) and select Settings.

2. Once the User Settings menu appears, the User can reset their Password under the Password tab. Then, they will need to enter their Old Password, New Password (and confirm it), and then click Update.

The User will then be able to log in to their account with their new password.

If the User encounters any issues in conducting the above steps, they should contact their LMS administrator, who can reset the password for them.
