ATC-118Time Clock flickering issue

Added the resolution 1368x923 to the Modern skin. This resolution supports monitors with an aspect ratio of 3:2. Like Microsoft Surface pro. 

To avoid overheating of the monitor, it is important to set the resolution in MS Window to 1368x923 and set the scaling to 100%. 

Any other scaling factor will cause the monitors to overheat.
