This article explains how to process urgent bookings offline correctly.
When this happens, no flight information is added in Adonis and Crewlink. All happens via phone and e-mail.
This raises further problems with data synchronization. Since no records for issued flights can be found in Crewlink and Adonis.
Problem
Bookings issued offline missing in Crewlink and Adonis.
Solution
If there is an existing booking request for this crew in Adonis then:
Open this request in the Crewlink Embedded window.
Open Messages and ask the Crewlink agent to update the booking with the ticket issued offline.
Specify the PIN, Travel ID, or PNR if possible to make it easier for the agent.
If there is no booking request for this crew in Adonis then:
Create a new booking request in the Crew Change module.
Submit this request to Crewlink.
Open Messages and ask the Crewlink agent to update the booking with the ticket issued offline.
