That is customized report, that can provide information about APM database structure.

Can be downloaded below:

Setup

1. APM → Reports → Report Generator;
   

   

2. Import → Select files → Define the group → Select the report downloaded above → Import;
   

   

3. Go to the folder selected for imported report;

4. Double click on the report;

5. In the appeared dialog window there are possibilities to execute report for selected Tables, Modules, FK Tables and Complete Database;
   

   

6. Also there are possibilities to select the information by Physical database tables names and Logical names;
