Description

The report is similar to the existing predefined Activities List report, but includes Personal ID nr. It lists the persons which had the selected types of activities for a selected period. If no DateTo exists for activity - EED is used for calculations

Dialog

Activity Selection

• Current activity - only activities with Current status are selected
• Selected - enables Dates section & Activities selection to set the codes that should be included
• All - enables Dates section

Place From/To

• Activity - to fetch info for Place From / To from activity details
• Crew Change - to fetch info from crew changes corresponding to activity dates, even if a person is not added to a crew change

Activity Start & Ends Within - only activities inside (not crossing) selected dates are fetched
Vessels - to limit activities linked to selected vessel(s) only
Departments - to limit activities linked to selected departments under vessels as set above
Positions - to limit activities linked to selected positions under departments as set above

Days Calculated In Period - to calculate the amount of days inside selected dates
Sort by Personal ID - displayed crew is sorted by Personal ID
Print Holidays - used to show if a person's activity crosses a date that is defined as Holiday under Organization Properties. Such holidays are displayed as separate line for 1 day Holiday activity.
