Description
Fly2C C Teleport is an APM travel interface intended to collect an employee's personal data and send it to C Teleport. C Teleport is a travel management platform that optimises optimizes flight bookings with pre-filled information: passenger data, route details, and crew changes from the APM data system.
Fly2C C Teleport is a third-party application owned by the GMT company. (Global Marine Travel) company.
Functionality
APM allows initiating the flight booking procedure from two different places:
The Flight Details data group to book a flight for a single person. For more information, see Booking from Flight Details.
The Crew Change module to book flights for multiple crew members simultaneously. For more information, see Booking from Crew Change.

To create a flight booking request from the Flight Details data group, select a crew member to be affected and navigate to the Data groups ribbon tab > the Flight Details data group. When the Flight Details data group becomes active from the Manage tab, follow the steps below:
On the toolbar, click the Book Flight command. Clicking it opens the Book Flight dialogue dialog:
Within the Book Flight dialogue dialog, fill in the fields as described below:
Booking Number is a request number assigned by C Teleport
Direction. Select the flight direction: From vessel or To vessel
Departure Airport (mandatory). From the drop-down menu, select the airport from which a passenger will fly
Departure Date (mandatory). Select the date when a passenger must leave
Arrival Airport (mandatory). Select the airport of destination
Arrival Date (mandatory). Select the date when a passenger must arrive
Nationality is a crew member's nationality fetched from Personal Details.
Passport Country is the country that issues the passport to a passenger. The data is fetched from Personal Details.
Passport Expires is the date when the passport expires.
Passport Number is a unique number of a passenger’s passport. The data is fetched from Personal Details.
Click Send booking request to proceed.

You can book flights with the help of the Crew Change module. To access the module, click the Crew Change module in the Modules ribbon tab. The module becomes active from the Manage tab.

Select the required crew change port and go to Details > the Flight Booking tab.
In the View group of the Manage ribbon tab, select the type of activity linked to the crew-change: From Vessel (for off-signing crew) or To Vessel (for on-signing crew).
Click Add Crew on the ribbon to open the Add Crew dialogue dialog, which contains all the crew assigned to on-/off-signing crew change, respectively:
Within the Add Crew dialogue dialog, select the crew member(s) for whom you want to book flights and click Copy Selection to proceed. This results in displaying a flight booking request with the NONE status in the grid of the Flight Booking tab:
Enter the required travel data into the fields right above the flight booking grid:
Nearest Airport. Select the airport to be added as Arrival or Departure Airport for the selected on-/off-signers.
Travel Time. Specify in the format hhmm.
Dpt. Date/Arv. Date.
Dpt. After time (hhmm)/Arv. Before time (hhmm).
Click Book Flight on the toolbar to proceed.

Flight Inbox
After creating flight booking requests, they are then moved to the Flight Inbox module for further processing. Go to the Modules ribbon tab > Flight Inbox to access the module.

CONFIRMED. The booking is successfully created, but the ticket is not issued yet.
ISSUED. The ticket is issued.
REFUND_PENDING. The booking is cancelled but not refunded yet.
CANCELLED. Thebooking is cancelled and refunded.
APPROVAL_REQUIRED. The booking requires the principal’s approval. The ticket will not be issued until the booking is approved.
DECLINED. The principal declines the booking. The status equals CANCELLED.
CHANGE_PENDING. The ticket exchange is requested.

Housekeeping
To ensure the interaction between APM and C Teleport is smooth and efficient, cover the workflow of a one-time setup. The setup is required to handle flight bookings based on your specific needs.

You To get started, you must establish a connection with the C Teleport server to get started. To do this, navigate to the Setup ribbon tab > Global Options > Datagroups > Travel Interface:

Within On the dialoguedialog, first, select Fly2C C Teleport from the Interface drop-down list. When selecting, the configuration settings for the Fly2C C Teleport interface become available to you.
You can access the details required to connect to the C Teleport service in the Booking section. Most of the details are provided by C Teleport:
Search Url is an URL to the C Teleport server
Refresh Url is an access token URL
User Name is your username in the Fly2C C Teleport interface
Password is your password in the Fly2C C Teleport interface
API Key is an application ID number in the C Teleport system
Select Debug mode and specify the path to the folder where you want to store all the booking request and response files.
