Date From - To - to limit calling ports list
Calling to Port - only bookings linked to selected Crew Change ports to be processed. Only ports where a booking exists are suggested
Include Sign On / Include Sign Off - to limit bookings for on/offsigners in selected Calling Port
Business Unit - list of values as in General Codes > Vessel > Cost groups. Plain text to be populated in Business Unit field
Project Code - list of values as in Setup > Tables > Projects. Plain text to be populated in Project Code field
Cost Centre - list of values as in General Codes > Rotation Plan > Rotation Plan Codes. Plain text to be populated in Cost Centre field
Ledger Code - list of values as in General Codes > Travel > Costs. Plain text to be populated in Ledger Code field
Charge - to show Yes/No in the Charge column
Request Type - only the bookings with corresponding status will be processed
