Report displays crew that has been employed before selected date & corresponds to other parameters defined. The latest activity crossing Check Date is used to fetch details. If none then 'N/A' text is shown.

Employment State - to limit crew by Employment State
Group By - to define grouping criteria to be applied
Company / Ranks - if nothing selected, the filters are ignored
