Report forms a list of consequent activities of defined code to have them drawn on the chart

Dialog

Start Date - activities will be checked as of given date

Print Report for - to define months range for activities' review

Show color description - to show legend for coloring on the last page

Vessels - active vessels as in Org.structure

Activities - active as in general codes

Departments - active as in general codes

1) Activity category is mandatory for p03 record

2) Orgstructure departments must have Orgcode set from pw001c03

3) vessel correspondence is by p03.Vessel

4) coloring is applied per activity category settings
