Description

Report to show persons with appraisals issued between given dates. Persons without marks for selected Appraisal Code(s) are ignored.

Period Date From / To - to limit dates range for issued Appraisals
Appraisals Views - records available under Input Views gencodes, grouping Appraisal codes
Appraisals Codes - all codes available under defined Views
Page Break By View - all selection as per different Appraisal View can be shown starting from new page
Show Vessel - allows to show extra column with Appraisal's vessel
Show Score - allows to show extra column with Appraisal's score
Employed Only - if set, only Employed crew is processed (Employment End Date is empty or later than current date)
Excel Format - allows to suppress header/footer for a more easy operating after exporting to excel file
Sort By - to define lines sorting order
