Crew Portal
Each portal has its own purpose and provides a different set of possibilities.
Possibilities
Administrator Portal is used for the setup and configuration of both Employee Portal and Crew Portal.
Employee Portal and Crew Portal have various possibilities. Here's an overview of what each application provides:

Employed Start is not mandatory, so you can leave it blank. But if you already set the person as employed, then it should follow this rule:
