Agreement Overview

An Adonis Dedicated Consultant is a professional who provides specialized expertise, guidance, and support to your business, users, or on a specific project or area of focus related to the Adonis products. The Dedicated Consultant Agreement can be entered into for a particular period of time, on an ongoing basis, or a fixed number of hours.

The primary benefit of working with an Adonis Dedicated Consultant is that they can bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to a specific project or issue. They can help you identify problems, develop solutions, and implement changes that can drive business growth and success. Dedicated Consultants can also provide valuable insights and perspectives that can help clients to make informed decisions and achieve their goals.

Scope

This Agreement covers the services similar to, but not limited to the below.

  1. Provide expert advice related to Adonis Products

  2. Assist in the implementation of specific modules or functionality

  3. Identify a customer’s needs and goals, and give advice on Adonis’s best practices for solutions that meet the specific requirements.

  4. Regular meetings within the agreement

Out of Scope

Out of scope is similar to, but not limited to the following items:

  1. Day-to-day service and support

Customer Responsibilities and/or Requirements

Customer responsibilities and/or requirements in support of this Agreement include:

  1. Availability of customer representative(s)

  2. Maintenance of all data in the system

  3. Payment for all costs as agreed upon entering this agreement

  4. Provide necessary access for Adonis Dedicated Consultant

  5. Provide Adonis with any Customer-specific material on processes, procedures, or manuals that can be of assistance in developing customer best-practice

Adonis Responsibilities and/or Requirements 

Adonis responsibilities and/or requirements in support of this Agreement include:

  1. Understand the needs and requirements of the customer and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations

  2. Communicate with the customer regularly to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided

  3. Continuously assess and review the effectiveness of the solutions and services provided to the customer

  4. Respond promptly to any issues or concerns raised by the customer

  5. Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and take action to address them

  6. Work closely with the customer to develop and maintain a long-term relationship

  7. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to provide the most current and relevant solutions to the customer.

Reporting

The Customer will have access via our Adonis Customer Portal to the Adonis HR Service Desk.
