This article gives a brief overview of the possibilities that Administrator, Employee, and Crew Portals have.
Possibilities
Administrator Portal is used for the setup and configuration of both the Employee Portal and the Crew Portal.
Employee Portal - this is the portal the employees can access via the public cloud, to maintain their profile, sign contracts, enter their travel expense sheets, etc.
Crew Portal or Onboard portal this is the functionality used onboard, it is accessible only on the Vessels Local Cloud, and if the Employee is assigned to a confirmed sea-service activity.
