Introduction

The Adonis Mobile App is available on Android and iOS operating systems, and you download the App from Google Play and App Store.

The application is free to download, but you must request a CompanyID and password from Adonis.

The CompanyID and password enable the Adonis Mobile App to communicate with your Employee and Onboard portal.

You use the Administrator portal to maintain the URLs used onboard the vessels and the Adonis Employee portal.

About the Onboard Portal, if the user is onboard, he can use the onboard portal to connect to the vessel's local cloud and server.

The user needs access to the vessel cloud using a wifi connection.

The vessels are listed when selecting the Onboard Portal.

How to set up the Mobile App to access your portals

Once you receive the CompanyID and password from Adonis, log in to the Administrator portal.

  • Goto Configurations > General Settings > License Server.


    Enter the CompanyID and Password and hit save.

  • You are now ready to add the URLs of your company's employee- and vessel portals. To do so, go to Configuration > License Server.
    Press' + New URL' to add the Employee Portal and Vessel URLs.


    To identify the Adonis Employee Portal, switch on the check box Office.

    To edit an existing URL, select the edit icon.

Invite Employees to use the Adonis Mobile App

You are ready to invite your employees to the Adonis Mobile app. Besides the standard first-time login details, like email, birthdate and pin, they will need the companyID to initiate the mobile app to communicate with the license server to retrieve the company and vessel URLs.

Do not distribute the password; the employees only need the company ID.
