Summary

The report fetched all the unsuccessful flight bookings for the defined period grouped by statuses. The report is used by Adonis Accounting to track the number of flights not booked for billing purposes.

Description

Retrieved all unsuccessful flight bookings from previous months within the specified timeframe
The following status are:

  • CANCEL_RQ

  • CANCELLED

  • REFUND_REQUEST

  • REFUND_APPLIED

  • REFUND_REJECTED

  • REFUND_ISSUED

  • REFUND_UNDER_PROCESS

  • REFUND_ACCEPTED

  • REFUND_SUCCESS

  • REFUND_ON_HOLD

  • PARTIAL_REFUND

  • REFUND_PENDING
