The report fetched all the unsuccessful flight bookings for the defined period grouped by status. Adonis Accounting uses the report to track the number of flights not booked for billing purposes.

Main Data Selection

Retrieved all unsuccessful flight bookings from previous months within the specified timeframe
The following statuses are:

  • CANCEL_RQ

  • CANCELLED

  • REFUND_REQUEST

  • REFUND_APPLIED

  • REFUND_REJECTED

  • REFUND_ISSUED

  • REFUND_UNDER_PROCESS

  • REFUND_ACCEPTED

  • REFUND_SUCCESS

  • REFUND_ON_HOLD

  • PARTIAL_REFUND

  • REFUND_PENDING
